Whether for an intimate autumn dinner for 2, a dinner party of close friends and family, we can provide the chef, wait staff, and delicious food to make it all happen.

All diners must choose the same dishes, apart from vegetarian options.

To Start

Crab cakes, pickled red onion, lemon & harissa aioli, baby watercress
Salt baked beetroot, whipped Ardsallagh goat’s cheese, candied walnuts, aged balsamic dressing & baby leaves
Marinated & seared garlic prawns, whipped nduja & garlic butter, chargrilled sourdough bread
Heritage tomato salad, creamy burrata, caramelised fennel, kalamati olives, basil oil & sourdough croute

Roasted supreme of cornfed chicken, pomme puree, pancetta, truffle & madeira jus
Pan fried fillet of halibut, samphire, parmesan mash, lobster bisque jus
Skeaghanore duck breast, duck confit croquette, celeriac puree, pomme anna, aniseed & red wine jus
John Stone fillet mignon, butternut squash puree, pommes anna, pancetta & marsala jus
Middle Eastern chargrilled cauliflower, soft herb cous cous, tahini & sumac drizzle
